IMPORTANT NOTES TO ALL APPLICANTS

Please be advised that all communications with University employees, including emails and phone conversations, are considered in admissions decisions. State Consumer Protection Information can be found here.

  • Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their application, including all required documents, is complete and has been received in good working order before the application deadline. Please contact us with any questions.
  • Out-of-state applicants that will remain out of state during their program of study should check the State Authorizations information relative to their state before applying.
  • Admission Decision: Each applicant's situation is unique and application cycles may differ slightly annually; however, admission decisions for completed RTCM applications without issues (i.e. all requirements have been submitted and transcripts have been through CSUN's up to four-week processing period) are usually rendered within 1 - 3 weeks of being given to the program's academic lead for review. Thanks for your patience in awaiting your admission decision. Although we can't affect that timeline, we'd be happy to answer any questions that you may have in the interim!
  • Admission does not guarantee cohort launch.
  • Admission into programs leading to licensure and credentialing does not guarantee that students will obtain a license or credential. Licensure and credentialing requirements are set by agencies that are not controlled by or affiliated with the CSU and requirements can change at any time. For example, licensure or credentialing requirements can include evidence of the right to work in the United States (e.g., social security number or tax payer identification number) or successfully passing a criminal background check. Students are responsible for determining whether they can meet licensure or credentialing requirements. The CSU will not refund tuition, fees, or any associated costs, to students who determine subsequent to admission that they cannot meet licensure or credentialing requirements. Information concerning licensure and credentialing requirements are available from www.arrt.org (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
