Academic Honesty and Integrity Requirement
Each program participant is expected to complete all assignments in keeping with the CSUN and Tseng College standards for academic and professional honesty and integrity. Any learner found to be in violation of these standards of academic honesty and integrity may receive a failing grade in the course in question and/or may be disqualified from the program.
Drop Deadline
Tuition payment in full is due the day prior to the start of term. Any student whose payment is not made in full will be dropped from enrollment on 11:59 PM PST on the Wednesday of the 3rd week of the session.
Please review full refund and withdrawal policy for new and continuing students.
Late Arrivals
All students are expected to arrive on the first day of the term. Exceptions are granted only in cases in which students have received permission from the Program Director to arrive late prior to the start of the program.
Students who are given special permission to begin the term late are subject to the refund/withdrawal policy described above, which is in effect from student's first day of term (as indicated on his/her Form I-20).
Deferrals
At times applicants may find that they must defer, or postpone their program start date. Applicants may defer their program start date once at no cost. There is a $150 USD non-refundable Deferral Fee for each additional deferral.
Dismissal
A student can be dismissed at any time during the term if she/he has an attendance or behavior problem, does not perform up to the standards set by the IPP Programs administration, or does not pay tuition and fees on a timely basis. If it is deemed necessary to dismiss a student, no refund is granted. Therefore, the withdrawal policy described above does not apply in such cases.
