Self-care
As you embark on your educational journey, don’t forget to invest time and energy into yourself. Make sure to make time for things that matter to you and make you happy-spending time with family & friends (virtually or in-person), exercising, engaging in a favorite hobby, getting enough sleep, leisure activities, and time to unplug and get outside. - In addition, check your school’s health center website. Your university may provide self-care and assistance programs at the college health center. Check the school’s website to explore the services you can access as a remote or online student. Schools may offer a variety of services virtually such as mental health and nutritional counseling, and online classes in things like meditation, gardening basics, and cooking that can help with self-care, stress relief, and relaxation.
