Cybersecurity Leadership Series
Cyberattacks are among the highest-rising and most expensive threats to small to medium-sized businesses. According to cloud security company Barracuda Networks, small businesses are three times more likely to be hit with cyberattacks than larger companies.
Designed for managers and executives, this 6-week online program will equip businesses with an essential cybersecurity strategy plan to protect their company's data and reputation. The program's curriculum is based on emerging cybersecurity needs for businesses via weekly seminars led by cybersecurity expert panelists. Topics covered include governance, risk management, program management, and incident management. Classes meet on Saturday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to noon PST, online via Zoom.
Alongside other executives, you'll learn how to:
- Recognize cyber-related risks associated with businesses
- Ensure a risk management plan and incident management plan for your specific business
- Identify and discuss critical activities within the program management domain of cybersecurity
- Create an action plan for your company to incorporate cyber security into the organizational strategy and overall business continuity plan.
Must successfully complete their business cybersecurity organizational action plan strategy in order to receive credit for completing this executive program.
